  Had a wonderful (too short!) stay in this hotel in the centre of Positano. Deluxe room beautiful with large terrace and fabulous views, worth the extra. Staff very polite and friendly, great attention to detail. Fantastic food and wine choice in the restaurant, ended up having all our meals there (a first!).   Besides the absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Positano, the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The one guy who handled the pool area/bar, luggage to you room, etc, was outstanding. Constantly helping us with whatever we needed- drinks in hand, towels for the pool, reserving chairs at the po... wat mensen zeggen » ol, ordering snacks, etc, he genuinely seemed to care about the hotel as if it was his family staying there. We also lucked out and were given a free - The staff at the Marincanto were just too amazing... Right from check-in .. To the lady who got the luggage to the room.. To the pool attendant Gianni ... To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!! The location is perfect & just a short walk from the beach & shopping & restaurants ... In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!

  The view is just amazing and its position in Sorrento great. The breakfasts were the best of all our 3 weeks in Italy and the staff very helpful. - Excellent view of the bay of Naples from our balcony. Our room was bright clean and had a large balcony and the staff were very friendly.

It was quiet and you could sleep with the balcony doors opened with the cool breeze of the ocean on you. There are two restaurants, we had lunch at the one in the watch tower, which was wonderful. What really makes this Hotel special is its Staff. For maximum enjoyment a room with a balcony is advised as the views are a “Feast on the eyes”.

  By far the best hotel in Sorrento. You can't get any better. The staffis excellent, the location is unbeatable, and the Leonelli's Beach Clubbelow is the absolute best. The lift to the beach was great but even ifyou stayed a bit longer and had to walk back up, it was very easy. Thebreakfast here was fabulous. Great breakfasts, superb sea views and very helpful and efficient staff. There is a lift from inside the hotel down to the beach which is very useful. Would definitely stay there again.

  The hotel was superb with the staff being very freindly , the location and views were stunning ! - We really liked the location,it was an easy 7-10 minute to Piazza Tasso, but far enough away to have a great view of the bay and be peaceful at night.We also walked to the Circumvesuviana Station(15-18 min.) regularly for our trips to Pompeii and Posi... wat mensen zeggen » tano/Amalfi/Ravello.We would definitely stay there again for the great vistas(we had a very nice, large balcony) and the location.
