  I first visited Positano 2 years ago. The location of the Savoia is perfect. The family that runs the hotel, and in particular Claudia, are wonderful and very knowledgeable. One truly gets a feel for the region when staying at the Savoia. The breakfast is plentiful and the variety is excellent. The hotel is close to the center, so it's easy to get... wat mensen zeggen » to the beach for sunbathing, shopping or taking the ferry. The local bus stops almost directly in front of the hotel. This will be my hotel of choice - The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage. The staff was very helpful and even called our next hotel for us to ask a few questions. The room was clean and nicely decorated and we had a partial view of the water.   Hotel Bougainville was a fabulous ending to a 2 week stay in Italy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Location was great, not too far from the beach. Would defintetly stay here again!! - Marella, Simon and Luigi were so helpful - always went out of their way to help you.   The family that ran the hotel were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel itself is in a perfect position in Praiano, making the view breathtaking from our balcony. It was a 5* view! Our room was cleaned every day which I didn't expect but was very nice. We didnt actually have a meal there but the ... wat mensen zeggen » breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a holiday on the Amalfi coast. We actually thought it was bette - Family-run hotel, with very friendly and attentive service. Well located in Praiano, which was a good choice of stay for visiting the whole Amalfi Coast. Parking is available, which is crucial here. Breakfast with good variety and tasty, on the terrace with lovely views.

  My mother and I were traveling in the south of Italy for 9 days and the 3 nights spent at this amassing hotel were the most memorable. Words would not be sufficient to describe the spectacular location and the warm hospitality that we have received. Very convenient for visiting the Amalfi coast by bus with the advantage o - This is a small familiar hotel with good service in the relaxing village of Praiano. We really liked this hotel! All the staff was very friendly and service minded. The room, with a very beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, was comfortable, clean and tidy. It has a perfect location. Peace and quietness whilst being within walking distance from the restaurants. Also perfect located as a starting point to explore other parts of the Amalfi Cost area.   We found the Hotel Pellegrino quite lovely, and the Rispoli family lived up to their friendly reputation, showing great pride and sincere warmth.   We were 2 couples travelling and just loved our stay at Hotel Pupetto. All the staff were extremely friendly particularly 'Mino' and made our stay very enjoyable. Great food at the restaurant.
