De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche. Ook is de service perfect (aardige receptioniste, gratis koffie/thee, dvd-speler en mogelijkheden tot lenen van films) - Erg vriendelijk onthaal, in het Engels!

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

Nearby Metro gets you quickly and cheaply (1.50 euro for age 12 and up) to Vatican city.

Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.
