  De kamers voldeden aan de verwachtingen. Het hotel ligt centraal gelegen in het centrum, alles is aan te lopen. Pretty central if you wish to check out most of Rome's sites. Literally a block away from il Colosseo. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. If you're coming to Rome for site-seeing, this location is untoppable.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... wat mensen zeggen » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.
