  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... wat mensen zeggen » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

  This hotel seemed practically brand new so was very clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and plenty of water, coffee, tea, milk croissants, biscuits and jam provided free of charge, which was a god send after a busy day of sight seeing. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting good ideas and places to vis... wat mensen zeggen » it. The hotel was just a short walk from the coliseum tube station and situated in a beautiful old building shared by other hotels. The views were am - Look no further than the Colosseoin. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a very large supermarket only 5 minutes walk up the street.The terrace has views of the Colosseum and its fantastic just to sit there and soak in the view.   Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. He even ass... wat mensen zeggen » isted my cousin with her luggage upon departure, carrying it for her from first floor to the car. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... wat mensen zeggen » around Rome. By the way, the location is absolutely perfect. It's on a rather quiet street right next to the Colosseum and a metro station with a goo - perfect location and staff very friendly .... went out of their way to make our stay better.. cant fault staff thank you so much for all your help... room had lovely terrace... situated feet away from colosseum ... great location. shops restaurants on door step.. must stay here it is delightful... rooms very clean, light and airy and staff amazing.. if in Rome you must stay here... fabulous....
