  The hotel's location in Chiusi near the train station made it convenient for picking up & dropping off our rental car. The hotel's modern, minimalist design exudes a simple low-key sophistication. A must-try is Chef Salvatore's menu. We had dinner there twice, but the dishes that stuck in my mind is the pasta with fresh porcini and the grilled... wat mensen zeggen » beef, which I am still dreaming about! The Resident Manager - Vineyard to the left and olive grove to the right as you enter. Fantastic views of the landscape from the room, pool and dining area. Staff are all helpful and friendly including the chef. We had dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. All amazing I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

  Signora Paola picked me up at the train station and drove me to the agriturismo. After she showed me my nice sized room and private bathroom, she served me a delicious vegetable soup that she had prepared along with an egg and mushroom omelet, a vegetable mix she created and some small stuffed peppers. The meal was a welcome change from the panini... wat mensen zeggen » s that I had been eating every day. During my stay at the agriturismo, her son, Allesandro, cooked some very delicious meals. I had mentioned that I - I like the owner ,she take care us and pick me up from the station,I love light lunch , dinner, old style 18th-century building ,rooms have antique furnishings, organic lavender farm,quiet in the night.
