  The hotel's location in Chiusi near the train station made it convenient for picking up & dropping off our rental car. The hotel's modern, minimalist design exudes a simple low-key sophistication. A must-try is Chef Salvatore's menu. We had dinner there twice, but the dishes that stuck in my mind is the pasta with fresh porcini and the grilled... wat mensen zeggen » beef, which I am still dreaming about! The Resident Manager - Vineyard to the left and olive grove to the right as you enter. Fantastic views of the landscape from the room, pool and dining area. Staff are all helpful and friendly including the chef. We had dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. All amazing I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

  This was a beautiful place and very budget friendly and we brought our dogs, for no additional fees. It's actually an apartment attached to the owners house, so I'd recommend bringing things that you'd like to cook/drink with you.
