  The staff were fantastic from the moment I arrived. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality. Although not very easy to find, but the location is the main benefit when staying in this hotel: it's close to the historic sites and attractions. The night life is very busy just right outside the hotel, so be sure to bring a pair of ea... wat mensen zeggen » rplugs with you, which worked perfectly fine for me being a very sensitive sleeper. Fabio and his colleague (I forgot his name, sorry) were very frien - Friendly and helpful guys in the reception. We got clear instructions how to go to mount Etna as well as explanations of how to manage in Catania (including a map).
