De kamers uitermate goed schoongemaakt (2 tot 3 maal per dag!), het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk and professioneel.   Nice room and furniture, we had sea view, large enough balcony, room cleaned every day, very friendly and helpful staff, consistent buffet breakfast (on the roof >> sea view :) ). There is a free parking on the other side of the street, as well as several places to eat (restaurants, paninerie, gelaterie, pasticcerie, BurgerKing, etc). Rita from Front desk was just amazing. A warm welcome upon check in, very informative and always with good recommendations.   We were on our honeymoon and had booked a junior suite, but unfortunately there was a family in next room keeping noise, so we asked for another room, so got a free upgrade to suite on the roof of the house. Really liked that a lot, and Maurulio (??) was very helpful when we told about "the problem". The terrace on the roof was awesome. It's very classical in style and rich in art. There is a pool and spa area also. The breakfast is awesome with beautiful views of the water. The drinks at the bar are also good if your looking to get a buzz. They don water then down. All and all my wife and I love it.

  At first-extremely friendly, hospital and helpful staff and both of them spoke excellent English. Great location-in the very centre of Catania, not far from Duomo and very close to via Etnea-street of shopping. Hotel located in very nice historic building. Everywhere was very clean incl bathroom and toilet. Reception works not 24h, but you get acc... wat mensen zeggen » es with your own keys and it makes you independent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Catania and feel real hospitality of - The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))

We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. This is the cleanest and friendliest hostel I have ever stayed in--and to be honest I've stayed in 3-hotels which weren't as nice (and 4-star hotels where I was unable to sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable!!!). The beds are amazing. The rooms are brand new!! The 8-person bunk rooms have a lovely view ... wat mensen zeggen » of the courtyard. In the evening there was music and people talking until the wee hours of the night. You even get a 2 for 1 drink card so you can soc - This place is magical. The staff are incredible. They took Matteo (my Palermitano cat) into their arms. I met so many wonderful individuals here, I only have Agora' 2 thanks 4 that unique opportunity & already look foward to returning in October. I could go on and on about the city as well. Such acts of kindness I have rarely experienced anywhere else during all my years of travel. Special thanks to Elisa (& Maurizio) and Cristian for your kindness and hospitality

  I liked its atmosphere, its location albeit it was difficult to find. I have arrived in the area and finally another B@B told me its location--nobody knew the street's name--probably because it is a small one. - Il ragazzo che mi ha aspettato per fare il check-in! :-):-):-) I liked the staff, the position of thr b&b, the silent nights inside ... wat mensen zeggen » but crazy outside, the beds, the freedom aaaand of course... the prices!
