Beautiful building - other than Santa Maria dell'Isola, I think this was the nicest building in town. Lovely the way it is lit up at night. The breakfast was outstanding - offering all kinds of local foods I wanted to try (mozzarella di bufalo, black olives, sundried tomatoes in olive oil and many more), plus bread meat, cheese, variety of juices etc. all set in a lovely outdoor garden. Room was a bit small but decent.

We were delightfully taken back in time of grandeur staying at this beautiful B&B. The accommodations are separate from the main villa, with your own patio to sit and watch the view. The garden was peaceful and relaxing to walk in, Alessandro and his mother cooked the best breakfast that we had on our trip. Everything about this hotel is top notch.
Room is bright, spacious, clean and very charming.
The view from the terrace where breakfast and dinner (apperitivo) are held is gorgeous, aspecially in the evening. Breakfast and apperitivo are very tasty, with fresh local food. Plus it gave us a chance to chat with other guests all we want.
The last but not the least is the owner, Roberto. His welkomming, attentive and very friendly. He actually cares about his guests.
We've enjoyed our stay.

Location was very good as it was a short walk to the centre of Tropea.
The shuttle bus to the beach was an advantage as were the complimentary

Fully agree with previous positive comments about location, cleanliness, services etc. I would like to point out one more thing - great breakfasts. Good basic offer and several additional options changing every morning. Another important "pro" for those who stay for longer period.
