  That was a trip for 4 days and 4 different locations and as a result- for sure Liberty B&B was the best. Very cousy and unique place which is quite modern equiped but from the other side very autontethical and antique. We felt like at home there. The Owner is even over firiendly :). It was seen that make people heapy to stay in Bergamo is lik... wat mensen zeggen » e his personal goal. What was helpful a lot: map, all info. Plus free parking in private parking area next to the bilding. - The room and bathroom were spacious, pretty and had all that we needed. In a very convenient and relatively quiet location, everything is 5 minutes walk away. The owner was amazing: thoughtful, informative and very helpful. In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.

  Well positioned for Citta Alta, a great base to explore the lakes and other medieval cities of the area. Angelo picked us all up at the airport, very friendly and helpful and his English is better than he thinks!! Highly recommended, very comfortable though quite small. - 2nd floor, plenty of space, all the amenities, very well decorated, big kit... wat mensen zeggen » chen , at a strategic point to the base of upper town and near to 2 parking about 600 metres away (free from 19:00 to 9:00 in the morning and 1,80 Euro every hour for all the other hours).

  Everything as described if anything better than expected .Friendly but unintrusive .breakfast more than adequate and service great .the previously reviewed glass doors issue was being dealt with and that solved a really nice place to stay for all .The bus from the airport goes every 20mins takes 15 mins and drops you 5 mins walk from La Torre or y... wat mensen zeggen » ou can get off at the Funicular stop ,a 24hr ticket is 5 euro or 72hrs for 7 euro and includes all buses and the funicular .Tickets in the airport at - It's great! Small family hotel in the heart of the pictoresque medieval town (Bergamo- Alta) with just few minutes walking distance from main square. Cosy rooms in old- style interiors, owners hospitality, unique location make a stay in Bergamo unforgettable!   The apartment I booked was not available but Laura emailed me about another one she had for the same price so my review is about the other apartment. When I got there is was extremly nice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and and closer to the city than the one I had booked. I could not recommend this place enough!!!(Tho its a different apartmen... wat mensen zeggen » t to B&B L'Olimpo :) ) Plus if your talking to Laura, tell her she needs a holiday, 3 days away on a Vespa in 5 years is not enough!!!!!!!!! :) - It is a very lovely small hotelnot far from the center of Bergamo. Service was good and owner Laura was very friendly. I liked it very much.

  Villa Luna is beautifully located above the Città alta only 5 minutes on foot from the city bus. It has scenic view from the terrace. The owner and service are very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. They served delicious own-made croissants on breakfast :D I strongly recommend this place.

  Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty. The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room. I am likely to stay at Lorenzo's next time - i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

  Patrizia is a friendly and helpful hostess who speaks excellent English. She recommended a good restaurant in the old town. Very relaxed, a good continental breakfast, good (if basic) local facilities - tabacchi, a few bars, cashpoint etc. No problem with the wi-fi that others have mentioned (the code is on the back of the door leading to the g... wat mensen zeggen » uest rooms). You can walk up to the citta alta reasonable easily and it's also not too far from the funicolare. I'd advise having a stroll round the - the owner is amazing woman; friendly, helping and charming. the location is just near Cita Alta what makes it a perfect location! the room was great - vintage style: all clean, tea and coffee, bathroom toiletries! and the breakfast was super awesome: ham and cheese, fresh croissants, yoghurts, fruits!

  Its a beautiful family run b&b. we had breakfast in the green garden without the intense heat of Florence. And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. And the old medieval town had it all for a evening walk when it got dark; restaurants, delicious biscuits&cake&... wat mensen zeggen » ;pizza shops open late,narrow lanes with people walking, window browsing; And St.Agata's; a beautiful church. - We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport. We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden. Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away. Sure will stay also next time.

  Prachtig gelegen, fantastisch perfect gerestaureerde en ruime kamers in een oude italiaanse hoeve. De ontvangst en hartelijk en persoonlijk. De gastheer overstelpt je met erg bruikbare tips over de streek.   Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos (even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a delicious breakfast with regional products. The B&B it's so romantic ... wat mensen zeggen » place. Very nice decorations, everything arranged with so good taste. I stayed with friends, we booked the two rooms with a large shared bathroom. Eve - Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like Chianti.
