  This is my regular stopping point to be near Venice Airport. The staff are alway very helpful and friendly regardless of time of day. The free shuttle to the airport is also "a nice touch" that a lot of other hotels don't offer.A great place to stop. - The very closest hotel to the Airport.   This hotel was top class & great value for money via this website as we got 4 x nights in superior room with breakfast for £400! There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.

  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... wat mensen zeggen » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service. If you are driving you can park across the street from the railway station from where you can take the train to St. Lucia station in Venice, this way you do not depe
