  I can honestly say that the Oberoi Grand in Kolkata provides the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel (and we have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world.) The food at the main restaurant is some - The Hotel is like a oasis of calm in crowded city Kolkata. As soon as you enter the Hotel you hear nothing from the traffic. The view at the Swimming-pool is amazing!! Very friendly staff, well trained, and perfect hospitality!! You feel at home as soon as you enter. Just Perfect and real 5***** Hotel

  We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay. The facilities were great too however, I think the friendly nature of the staff is something that you should be... wat mensen zeggen » proud of! - The best hotel we ever stayed around the world. Everyone was very enthusiastic full of positive energy, which effect psychologically the human being. We stayed for more in 17 nights in this Hotel, every day was member. Staff are highly professional. The view at the Swimming pool was amazing. Foods was delicious.
