  The hotel was absolutely perfect for the money we spent. We loved the location near the lake and the swimming pool with the spa. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was just fantastic. Would recommend Flamingo to anyone. - Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet, with lots of different dishes, also Hungarian specialities.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time. The breakfast room was in a beautiful... wat mensen zeggen » vaulted cellar, and we were offered fresh-cooked cheese omelets. There did not appear to be other restaurants close by, but we had a very nice dinne - Great location.We loved Tata. We were on the first floor and both of our rooms were large. We enjoyed several wonderful meals at the restaurant.

  The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. The shower was tiny. Some rooms had balconies. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. Only tried the mid price restaurant, nice food generous portions
