  This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money. The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant. The owners were delightful, friendly but also knew to leave us to do our own thing. They were also very accommodating in terms of any requests we had.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time.   It rarely happens when I have no complaints about the hotel. This time everything was on the expected level, everything works,the hotel is clean, elegant, pleasant, every detail is considered.
