  A good value for a nice room nearby the airport at Budapest. The room was clean and large enough for our one night's stay before our flight. The room is air conditioned. No airplane noise in the evening. I recommend the Halasz Aiport Panzio. - Great hotel for 1-2 nights stay: located near airport and motorway, not expensive, good facilities.   Close to a big shopping mall and it is very easy to go to the city center; just a 10-minute-walk and a few metro stops. Wi-Fi performance was satisfactory and welcoming of the staff was good. Bathrooms were clean. What is more, I asked for the late check in (around midnight) and the owner without any objections waited for me, although he doesn't live there!

The owner was really nice and since we decided to have breakfast she prepared only 3 portions instead of 4 because our children are really young. The staff is very helpful, there is a free wifi working in a room, 7minutes walking to the metro Puskas Ferenc station from which you get to the centre just in a few minutes.   We booked a room but got entire apartment with separate toilette and separate room for our child for the same price which was a very nice gesture from the owner. Peter is a very pleasant and interesting person with rich life experience, I've enjoyed talking to him. Accommodation was within walking distance to city park and Heroes' Square. Air conditioned rooms. Peter and marika are very helpful and generous, often offering us rides and Peter gave us a ride to the train station when we left. Felt like home. Hard to believe it is so inexpensive. Highly recommend it here.
