My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the hotel, and highly recommend it!

  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Personeel zeer vriendelijk + valet parking was perfect! Auto werd opgehaald en bij vertrek stond auto al weer klaar mét de bagage al in de auto. Kamer was schoon en verzorgd, misschien iets aan de kleine kant maar dat zal zeker de pret niet drukken tijdens het verblijf. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen bij pont neuf en Chatelet, een groot metros... wat mensen zeggen » tation waardoor je niet veel hoeft over te... - Reeds tweede maal dat wij L'Empire bezochten en opnieuw was het uitstekend.
