  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least - Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible. I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).   This place has a GREAT location. It is very close to transportation. There are ATMs, very good shopping (especially men's clothing on Rue Turenne near the hotel), great restaurants (try Beaucoup on Rue Froissart around the corner), and necessary things like a pharmacy, market, laundry all within half a block. Breakfast is spartan, but adequate.... wat mensen zeggen » Don't overlook the FREE box lunch you can take with you. You do have to ask about it. Because of the free lunch were able to have picnics in the T - The staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, just a few minutes away from the metro stop Froissart, which is on a very useful metro line. You have direct access to Opera and Champs Elysees. Place des Vosges and small boutiques in Marais are within walking distance. The breakfast was included in the price and it was good. Our room was quite spacious by Paris standards. This hotel will be my first choice next time I visit Paris!

  Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. Also,... wat mensen zeggen » only 10-15 mins walking distance to the shopping and bar/cafe area in Le Marais. We even walked 25-30 mins to Montmartre. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs. We had the junior suite (the largest room on each floor) which was a reasonable size for a local Paris hotel.   Location was pretty good. Only 10min walk from Bastille and also 5min walk from Breguet Sabin. There were many cafes and restaurants near by the accomodation. Especially the owner, Caroline was so nice and kind that she can touch anybody come to the accomodation, and we were also touched from our hearts. Even if we broke the lamp just beside our b... wat mensen zeggen » ed, she wasn't be angry at all. She asked us if we were OK and said not to be sorry and depressed. We tried to charge for the damage, but she denied. - Caroline, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was new and vibrant but most importantly clean! The bathroom in the comfort double room was fantastic and very modern. The location was great, with a vibrant traditional cafe strip at the of the road and subway stations 5 mins away. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable. This is a perfect stay for a solo traveller or young couple on a city break. Would most definately recommend it.
