  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least - Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible. I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese). Normaal gezien te hoge prijsklasse voorons gezin (toch als je kijkt naar prijzen op de deur van de hotelkamer(700 eur per nacht voor een familiekamer)) maar door een week voorvertrek te reserveren hebben we een schitterende zaak gedaan.
