  The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of area and attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate and inexpensive at 6 euro per day. Location was great! 20-25 minute walk down a nice, well-maintained path along side a brook to the town of Bayeux where you can visit the Bayeux Tapestry. Also easy commuting distance to Caen, Mont-St. Michael, and the Normandy beaches. - The very friendly staff and car parking. Accommodation is in small chalets with parking outside the door. We were given a choice of 2 twin beds or a double and either a bath or a shower.Excellent breakfast at 6 euros. We had a lovely 25 minute walk along the river to get into the town centre. As a budget hotel it is very good

  It’s comfortably close to downtown Bayeux and the train station, being located on the margin of the city. Based on comments from other reviewers, I was spooked about getting there on time to get my key. We arrived at 22:00 and the front desk had closed at 21:00. I asked at an adjacent hotel about how I could get my key and that clerk said to “find... wat mensen zeggen » the little house in the woods.” To my surprise, there was a small, well- lit wooden enclosure next to the hotel that housed a kiosk. I entered my con - The hotel building is new and hence comfortable with facilities like a lift. The room was very small but all we needed was a comfy bed and a bathroom and we got that during our stay there. Everything was clean and we like that we didn't have to pay too much just to sleep and wash up. The location is good too. It wasn't too far from the Bayeux city and there's free parking too.
