Good breafast available, but with fresh croissants and fruit on sale 5-10 minutes walk away, we only took the breakfast on the first da - Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a very quiet location, despite being only a 5 min walk to both the local railway (non-TGV) and bus stations. Aix is a vibrant destination, with a range of facilities and attractions from the Cezanne trail, to country walking around Mont Sainte-Victoire, and of course lots of shops including a vibrant market several days a week. Marseille is a half-hour train ride away, and we took the bus to the beautiful beach at Cassis.

The hotel staff were friendly and they helped with any questions. The bathroom was refurbished and bedroom had a "new" feel to it. The bed was big and comfortable for one person. - The hotel is quiet, comfortably furnished, clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring the region of Provence.

This facility is more like a motel than hotel. The grounds are quiet, green and clean. Close to town by bus. Very good breakfast buffet for 8 Euros each.

We stayed in a very spacious Privilege Triple Room with spotless large bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location is very central, right off of Cours Mirabeau. And the local market on Saturday is a must; it is your true, classic Provence market where you can - Great location in the historic centre, and right beside a shopping complex. We were lucky to arrive for the opening of the Christmas market. Our room (Privilege) was very large with 2 windows and mini-balcony. Large bathroom. Although we were on the second floor without an elevator, our luggage was taken care of and when the staff noticed that my husband had some mobility issues they offered the 'cargo elevator' (which is not for public use) if he ever felt too tired for the stairs.

The Reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location, relatively close to the major highways is perfect. We will certainly come back on our next trip !
