The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The massage therapist was VERY helpful with my injured back. The swimming pool was not ... wat mensen zeggen » large, but large enough for laps. The cross-trainers had a strange angle, but the fitness center was very well stocked with modern machinery. The brea - Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

  Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.

  heel lieve mensen en zeker de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is te benadrukken! - Het personeel was 24 uur per dag beschikbaar en erg beleefd en behulpzaam. De appartementen waren zeer ruim. Het ontbijt was elke dag goed verzorgd: broodjes, toast, divers beleg, ontbijtgranen, fruitsalade, vruchtensap, etc. Na melding van geluidsoverlast reageerde het h... wat mensen zeggen » otel direct en correct. We kregen uiteindelijk zelfs compensatie en een ander (groter) appartement aangeboden.
