The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.
