The location was excellent, in a charming Victorian house, perfect for Gananoque near the waterfront, restaurants, etc.. The village is quiet and friendly, with great parks to relax. We go there yearly to unwind and bridge the summer and fall. great boat trips 0n the lake and St. Lawrence.

Charming host - warmly welcomed and given lots of help and advice about things to do locally. Location is superb, its on a lovely street, near the Gananoque Inn and where the boats depart. We had the attic room - the airconditioner was efficient if a bit noisy (but air conditioner units were noisy every place we stayed). Bed was comfortable. Next morning we had a WONDERFUL breakfast, beautifully prepared (choice was difficult because all so good). Was very sorry not to be staying another night.
First of all, the location was great, very close to the lake, in a nice neighbourhood. The place itself was cozy and even had a deck with a nice clean swimming pool. Then, Chris was a magnificent host, very friendly, very helpful, and the breakfast he prepared was excellent. At first sight the room seemed a bit pricey but considering that it would have accommodated 5 people (we were three) and that breakfast was included the value for money was very good.
We stayed there only one night but it was enough to appreciate the hospitality and the beauty of the place. Some highlights:
- the cosy room, very big, clean and well arranged
- the delicious breakfast, yogurt and pancakes were great
- the owners were very friendly, giving us a lot of information, they gave us a ride to the station and they also helped us to sort out some issues.

Best breakfast we've ever had!! Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Very genuine and friendly owners who really care to help your stay be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Our host Chris was most helpful courteous and accommodating-
and a wonderful cook. the location was walking distance to restaurants, waterfront Heritage Village and Playhouse Theatre.
The master room is fantastic. the kingsize bed is very comfortable. shower great.
Breakfast was amazing. 4-5 different kind, each one of them were great.

Their 5 choices of breakfasts were gourmet and second to none. It is an absolutely fabulous B&B and our hosts Chris and Tes are charming, knowledgable and just lovely.

Our bed was a little bit uncomfortable and better pillows would add a lot.
No obvious access to refrigeration or ice, no bins in bedroom or breakfast room.
The light shining in through the window of the downstairs front room suite during the night kept us awake... we are used to a darkened room and found it hard to sleep to our sorrow... the bed was most comfortable. My husband Ross complained about the noisy a/c, but I wear earplugs normally and ignored it. I was glad to have it on since it was so sultry. I can't sleep when it is too muggy and hot.
