The room was clean, private, and very quiet, and I thought it was very good value for the money. Reception staff were friendly. The setting was very pleasant, with lots of green space surrounding the hotel. I enjoyed being able to watch birds as I took my dog for a walk on the hotel grounds. I appreciated that the Ramada was dog-friendly. -

The layout of the rooms is very resort-like and again doesn't make you feel crowded. Proximity to all the attractions was great and the restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced.

All the necessary items were provided in our room.Checking in and out was efficient and friendly.The breakfast room was bright and well looked after.Being able to make a fresh waffle was an unexpected treat and my husband loved the raisin-filled cereal.The hotel was located close to many marinas for the Thousand Islands and was quiet. -

Friendly, helpful staff, comfort, good food, wonderful dining room staff. Excellent resort, the other guests, were repeat 'stayers' and could not say enough good things about the resort.We are planning a return trip next year, possibly for a longer stay. I have told a lot of my friends about Colonial, and showed them the brochure.

it's an incredibly beautiful converted home and the suite was spotless, well appointed and very, very comfortable to stay in. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I'd definitely stay there again if I was planning to visit the area.
