  Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. - The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.   This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!   Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful.   We have stayed at Best Western for many years both in Canada and USA,and for the 2nd time at Cedar Park Inn. It is a friendly place to stay. Restaurant is excellent, rooms are clean and upgrades have been notable to us both times. - I have stayed here before and the rooms always seem clean.   The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. - I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.

  I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the complimentary breakfast is never that good. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

  Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
