  friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - excellent customer service! - interested in their customers needs and opinions; very clean, good room setup, kitchen, fresh air!!!, secure parking, laundry room, even the floor -warm - I liked the fact the rooms had ammendies not often found in hotels. There was a fridge, microwave, and a double-burn... wat mensen zeggen » er. Good for budget-conscientious traveller.

  I like the ambiance it's very accommodating from staff down to the facilities that the hostel offered. I like the room it's nice and clean and also the bathroom it was well maintained. I like the fact that the hostel provides the paper towels and tissue roll unlike in calgary downtown Hi-hostel I like the shower room also there is a room where yo... wat mensen zeggen » u can put your things and it was so clean. The kitchen is nice and also the living room. I like the location also it is accessible to any shops, resta - I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room! Great experience! :)

  Everyone was very kind and helpful. Your staff is awesome even if it is exam time. The food was much better than I remember university meals. Unfortunately I raved to many other vendors at the craft fair about how wonderful our experience was. I may have to make next year's reservations many months ahead. The fair was in the Butterdome so locati... wat mensen zeggen » on was perfect. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the top of the SUB. A great 4 days. Thank you. We will be back. - The location is very good... Close to trains and bus, in the middle of the u of Alberta... Great value for money !!!
