  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

  Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up. Liked that they used LED pot lights. The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was with a smile.

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always lovely an warm with a very comfortable big bed. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but the bed in our king loft suite was awesome. The suite also had balcony so we could sit outside. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly stay in

Unlike lake louise that seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly recommended.   We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... wat mensen zeggen » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.
