  Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff, within walking distance to everything in town. Parking underneath the lodge, in a town where there is little to no parking. - the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel ... wat mensen zeggen » so easy access. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge. - We had a great weekend in Banff and will definitely stay at the Banff Park Lodge again.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. I thought the wedding party late at night would be too noisy, but it's fun and e... wat mensen zeggen » ntertaining for a little one. Our room was far enough removed as well. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

  The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price. Banff is stunning, go there, you have to experience it once in your lifeti... wat mensen zeggen » me! - Swift response from staff when the toilet needed attention. Indoor parking with easy access to room by elevator. Good restaurant, open quite late even mid-week. Mid-week rates very good value. Cosy, comfortable lobby. Very large bedroom room and bathroom, both very comfortable. Excellent king bed with two night tables--a big plus.

  Everything. This was a luxury hotel at a moderate price. Room was large and spacious. It had a soaker tub and separate shower. Bed was so comfortable. It had a pool/Jacuzzi/steam room. It was a short walk (1/2 - 1 mile) to downtown but far enough away from the noise and crowds of downtown shoppers. Complimentary breakfast was good. The sta... wat mensen zeggen » ff were friendly and helpful. - We lived our stay in the Deluxe Room. The room was very clean and the style of the the room is unique to what we're familiar with. We were on the 2nd floor and the floors felt heated, not sure if it was from rooms below or actual floor heating. The bathroom is huge, separate tub from glass shower. Thank you to the staff at Charleton Cedar Court.

  The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.

  We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... wat mensen zeggen » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.
