  everything! friendly staff. good quality and clean accomodation. offered early check in and upgrade of room at discounted price. bed very comfortable and more than enough pillows. the hot springs were just fantastic. the restaurant on site - chili's was great. waitresses cant be faulted. all in all one of our best stays at any hotel. the undergroun... wat mensen zeggen » d heated parking was a bonus. good value for money - The staff were very nice.   Theresa and James were excellent hosts and very helpful... the house itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Can sit by the fire and read a book or if it's nice, sit outside on the deck (which we didn't get to because it was a little cold). Breakfasts are delicious! We enjoyed our stays and Theresa and James made us feel much at home! This has been a nice change of environment out of our 4 weeks of hotel stays.
