  Great location for a hotel, right in the middle of downtown, near the shops and restaurants. Smaller hotel and great for your budget as it has the same amenities as other hotel just not as "fancy". There is free indoor parking just behind the hotel and if it is too busy, they have $5 parking underground. Great overall experience who those want a... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable and simple room that won't cost you a fortune! - I liked that the staff were super-friendly and knowledgeable. It was also affordable and in the center of town (I.E. very convenient/short walk to restaurants, laundromat, drugstore, parking garage, etc.). I also liked that there was a refrigerator in the room.

  Our family pet came with us,and during our meals at the Bistro, the staff at the front desk looked after our dog. It was a fantastic service that I wish more hotels offered. The bistro was a 4 star meal.   We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... wat mensen zeggen » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. There were discounts and shared facilities (pool) with the Banff Pa... wat mensen zeggen » rk Lodge (same owners) located just across the street. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.

Lovely surroundings at the edge of Bannf but just 5 minute walk to downtown shopping. Price reasonable for a tourist haven.
