  The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.

  The owners- LOVELY! Super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, approachable and hospitable. The location. The exterior. I love the 'character' and theming of the room but maybe not a big bear near your head as you sleep ;) Perfect if we were 10 years younger ie. best suited for travellers in their early 20s. - Good location for Ba... wat mensen zeggen » nff though the town is very 'touristy'. Good location for walking the Bow river and climbing Tunnel Mountain. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. There were discounts and shared facilities (pool) with the Banff Pa... wat mensen zeggen » rk Lodge (same owners) located just across the street. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.

  I really appreciate the 2 ladies staff at the front desk they are awesome customer mania ( giving us an extra ordinary service ) as well all the staffs that works there they are friendly means all well trained peoples.
