Dit Hotel is een echte aanrader. - Er werd me spontaan een andere dan de voorziene kamer aangeboden toen men merkte dat ik gehandicapt ben en moeilijk grote afstanden kan lopen. Zelfs om 1u 's Morgens werd ik nog steeds met een glimlach onthaald nadat de reis door weersomstandigheden langer dan voorzien geduurd had.

  Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...
