Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (ook wat betreft het verlenen van extra service zoals een taxi bellen, of uitleggen hoe het openbaar vervoer werkt etc.). Gratis draadloos internet op de kamer was ook prettig. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, midden in het centrum. Bus- ... wat mensen zeggen » en tramhaltes zijn om de hoek. - Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic. There's an excellent benefit-cost for it.

  Een bijzonder service georiënteerd hotel. Nog nooit ( zelfs in Azië niet ) zulke vriendelijke, jonge medewerkers ontmoet. Regelden voor mij een prive tour met een student als gids/chauffeur.   It was my first stay in Sofia and I booked this hotel because of the economic rate. They obviously gave me the biggest room available. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. You can book a kind of standard breakfast for 3 Euros. They even adjusted my breakfast according to my preferences. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.
