They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern.
