  Een bijzonder service georiënteerd hotel. Nog nooit ( zelfs in Azië niet ) zulke vriendelijke, jonge medewerkers ontmoet. Regelden voor mij een prive tour met een student als gids/chauffeur.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. We have stayed a short time in the building and unfortunately we didn't have time to look around (we have been especially interested in fitness ) but we have only comp... wat mensen zeggen » liments. - What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful. It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway. It was very easy to find the hotel with a GPS but using the coordinates not the address. The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.
