  Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! The location is also very convenient. just cross street of the beach and many restaurants close b... wat mensen zeggen » y. If you want to visit Ipanema may take a taxi, walk or rent a bycicle half block from the hotel. If i go back to Rio I will stay in Windsor Atlan - Amazing views of Copacabana beach and Christ the Redeemer statue on Corcovado mtn. From 33rd floor corner room. (Request a high floor for best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean, quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.

  The staff was excellent and very helpful, there was always at least one English speaking employee at the front desk, access to the Metro (subway) and bus lines was a piece of cake, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.   I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. The gym was very well equipped. Location is excellent - right across from the beach. The corridors were wide and clean and well dec... wat mensen zeggen » orated and made the accommodation seem welcoming. - Your front desk staff, Renato, who works the night shift. He was genuine and sincere of our needs and surprised us with champagne when he found out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary. We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip. Because of his outstanding customer service, I will be recommending your hotel to my wide network:)

  Fantastic hotel and close to Copacabana beach and other attractions. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was really good too and the room was nice and the bathroom was great also. Nice pool at the top of the hotel too and view. - It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pricewise good. Also ... wat mensen zeggen » were able to exchange money for us, which you may expect , but to us it was helpful. Minibar wasn't a rip off unlike many other hotels we'ver stayed in.I Would stay there again.

  the staff were very warm and caring. they took such good care of me and did their best to serve all my needs. i shall definitely stay there again if i go to Rio. - The staff was ever so helpful and so friendly, The location was also really good. Certainly going back to this hotel next year :)
