  Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! (Request a high floor for best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean, quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.

  Staffs are really friendly and aware. They completely know the city and help people. In terms of breakfast, I should say, in a word amazing. The access to the beach is good.   I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace.   the staff were very warm and caring. they took such good care of me and did their best to serve all my needs. i shall definitely stay there again if i go to Rio. - The staff was ever so helpful and so friendly, The location was also really good. Certainly going back to this hotel next year :)
