  This is a beautiful place to stay. A tastefully converted mill that overlooks a park with a stream and abundant birdlife. Its is both tranquil and re-energising. My welcome was warm and attentive and the attention to detail top class. A great spread for breakfast too! All in all a wonderful place to stay.   Prachtige ruime kamer met alle comfort en gezellige snufjes. Afzonderlijke luxe-badkamer. Alles piekfijn verzorgd. Dagelijks verse handdoeken, opgeruimde kamer. Welkomstdrankje naar keuze met lekkere hapjes. Uitstekend ontbijt: diverse soorten broodjes, kazen, charcuterie, viennoiserie, streekproducten, verse sappen, gerookte vis, zelfbereide viss... wat mensen zeggen » alades, vers fruitslaatje...alles heel mooi en creatief opgediend. Heel vriendelijke, gastvrouw en -heer die alles doen om de gast een prima verblijf - Het was een reunie van afgestudeerden, in Aarschot. Vandaar onze reservatie in de omgeving van... zéér vriendelijk onthaal , gezellige mooie kamers en zéér goed ontbijt! We hebben ervan genoten, maar hebben niet de tijd gehad om de streek te verkennen.

  I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! On arrival Michel welcomed me in a way that made me feel comfortable immediate... wat mensen zeggen » ly. I found my bed was more comfortable than usual in European hotels. The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.

The main room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had (it beats a 5-star American hotel) : Homemade jellies, fresh (also exotic) fruits, pancakes, wonderful cheeses, croissants etc. Everything either freshly bought or freshly made as you arrive. The (relatively young) owners were very hospitable

  Casa Bollicine is the perfect designer family run accommodation with great location. The owners are extremely helpful and outgoing, the interiors are very consistent in contrasting black/white style with an eye for detail, the room I had (the 'rabbit room') was very spacious and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend Casa Bollicine to stay if you have business in Leuven. - Stylish, clean, quiet and perfectly located close to the hottest spot in Leuven. The landlady is lovely and breakfast fresh and delicious. My room was very spacious and with a huge bow-window. Bed was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent. Complimentary bathroom items were above average and free coffee and water and amaretto biscuit were provided.

Peter is a terrific host, he really cares about the comfort of his guests. The room was spacious and quaint, lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was phenomenal.
