  Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.

  Casa Bollicine is the perfect designer family run accommodation with great location. The owners are extremely helpful and outgoing, the interiors are very consistent in contrasting black/white style with an eye for detail, the room I had (the 'rabbit room') was very spacious and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend Casa Bollicine to stay if you have business in Leuven. - Stylish, clean, quiet and perfectly located close to the hottest spot in Leuven. The landlady is lovely and breakfast fresh and delicious. My room was very spacious and with a huge bow-window. Bed was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent. Complimentary bathroom items were above average and free coffee and water and amaretto biscuit were provided.

  Perfect place to stay. The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in their home. They are justifiably very proud of their town and eagerly share their knowledge and love of it. We had the large studio room which was spacious, comfortable, clean, well appointed and furnished, it even had 2 bathrooms! The lounge and studio room had free coffee, tea a - This is a lovely B & B set in the outskirts of Leuven about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean, tidy and modern with all the facilities fully working. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - very good choice of foods. Easy to park, free and off road. Tea, coffee and water freely available all day and beer, wine and soft drinks at cheap prices. Highly recommended by us and we will stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class.   This is a beautiful place to stay. A tastefully converted mill that overlooks a park with a stream and abundant birdlife. Its is both tranquil and re-energising. My welcome was warm and attentive and the attention to detail top class. A great spread for breakfast too! All in all a wonderful place to stay.   I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.
