  The owners Daniel and his charming wife - she makes beautiful modern paintings in her indoor art studio (Atelier in Dutch) which can be bought as well and explains the "Atelier" part in the name of the B&B - are doing an excellent job in running their stunning B&B Atelier20. We stayed for 3 nights, had the car park - The room was wonderful, really comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the living room was big, and even had a nice little kitchen with sink, coffee maker(Nespresso), fridge and table and chairs. The owner brings your breakfast every morning, and carries your bags up and downstairs for you! Our room was on the 4th floor, european stairs... but not a problem at all!   Fantastic African themed B&B. Just two rooms and ours (Stanley) was beautifully finished and decorated with lots of wow elements such as a feather light shade. Bath room was huge with a big old fashioned bath and shower. Great value. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and really helpful with new ideas about where to go in Antwerp. Street parking but it felt - Our hosts were wonderful. We arrived quite early and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Our rom was spacious and decorated with antiquities from Africa. Very unusual, but beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

  The place is located the center of Antwerp and very well furnished with nice welcoming touches like flowers, cakes, water and coffee etc. Karin was very helpful with lots of information about area, shopping and dining. Everything is good (except for the stairs - but it is very common in lots of old European cities) I would definitely stay Aplace a... wat mensen zeggen » gain. - I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!

  Het is een uitzonderlijk mooi, smaakvol ingericht appartement. Warme kleuren die zelfs tot in de badhanddoeken terugkeren. Echt onderscheidend van andere appartementen die ik ken, er is op zoveel details gelet! Je voelt je er onmiddellijk thuis, ook al ben je op vakantie. Veel prettige zaken die je niet zo snel zou verwachten in een tijdelijk verb... wat mensen zeggen » lijf. Drie verschillende soorten koffiezet-apparatuur bijv. in de goed geoutilleerde keuken. Basisingrediënten voor honger en dorst. Doosjes versnaper - De lokatie was perfect,de straat rechtuit en je bent op de Grote Markt, midden tussen de eetgelegenheden. Hartelijke ontvangst.De koelkast bleek al gevuld voor het eerste ontbijt. En nog een heleboel meer. Zeer schoon appartement. Als je wat langer in Antwerpen wilt verblijven en niet voor elk drankje of hapje naar een restaurant wilt is dit appartement zeer aan te bevelen.Wat mij ook erg aansprak was het kleine overdekte balkonnetje.   The hotel is on a beautiful art nouveau street, which is a tourist attraction in its own right. It's about 5 minutes on the tram from the centre of Antwerp, or about 25 minutes walk. You can also use the fantastic city bike scheme. The location is fairly quiet but close to some very nice cafes and bars. We were given a warm welcome and lots of use... wat mensen zeggen » ful information. The hotel itself is beautiful- lots of little touches made our stay really special. The room was airy and spacious witha huge super k - Ann was a lovely hostess. she made the place feel like a home. We had use of a kitchen and this made life in Antwerp all the more convenient ad relaxing. The rooms were beautiful and well tended. Breakfast was excellent. Ann was very helpful getting us about town and navigating the ins and outs of a big city. Truly a great travel experience.
