The Great Nete leads you along an idyllic landscape of forests. fields and meadows. with the imposing abbey of Tongerlo. the Merode properties. the holy Dimpna and cheerfully turning windmills. There is a great educational childrens farm for the kids in Herselt. and various playgrounds in the region.For the shopaholics. Antwerp is only 35 minutes away from Herselt in the car!
