  This is a lovely, small but friendly, hotel. It is centrally situated in Zell am See with the lake only 2 minutes walk away. The room was large, clean and modern. An extensive buffet breakfast was included in the price. Considering that this is a small country hotel it offered a level of comfort expected in more expensive hotels. I can recommend this hotel as it i - The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes. The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury. We would have gladly paid twice the price.

  The Steinerwirt was very comfortable and in the Austrian aesthetic with elements of modern art. It made a great home base for exploring the area and for walking around Zell am See. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quite professional. The restaurant is top notch too with delicious local cuisine. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities.   This was the perfect accommodation for our family. Great location, Beautiful spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, very good kitchen facilities, private infra-red sauna in our own bathroom, right next door to a fantastic leisure complex with state of the art facilities, including diving boards water slide and sauna/spa facilities. Owner picked us... wat mensen zeggen » up from airport and took great care of us throughout our stay. I would highly reccommend this Hotel - The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality, highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.
