The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes.
The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury.
We would have gladly paid twice the price.

Staff were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities.
Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers.
Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality,
highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you
could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great
size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant
big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.
