  Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits. They made out trip so easy.   The staff are always friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Mercure Townsville has a lovely feel to it with its well maintained gardens and pool area. We don't feel like we have to stay indoors, there are many places to enjoy in the grounds which makes our stay more enjoyable. - The deluxe king room was spacious with a balcony.   We stayed for 6 nights and the spaciousness of the apartment was ideal for that. Staff were obliging. Location was excellent for our purpose. Great view from the room over the squadron. - This is the best Quest I've ever stayed at, much better than any in Melbourne. The studio was spacious with a nice balcony.
