  Very homely atmosphere, Barry and Christina very welcoming. We stayed in one of the "apartment"rooms which was ideal for the time we were spending in Fremantle visiting my daughter. Close proximity to highlights of Freo, market, coffee shops and beaches a bonus. Made to feel very welcome and would stay again.   There was a minor misunderstanding with the booking but it was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner and while we waited for the room to be made ready we were offered complimentary drinks, we were also given a very generous discount.   The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. I also enjoyed having breakfast in the company of the other guests and hosts. There was a good choice of dishes and my broccoli/feta omlette was to die for! - Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.
