Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities. You couldn't go wrong with staying here -

comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating,
polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.

kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making
bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage
while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally

We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

We liked that there was a bathroom for each bedroom, great when sharing with another couple. We liked the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable with every item you could possibly need. We had taken our boat and found that there was a locked boat yard for storage. There was a boat ramp close by making boating access to the river and estuary easy.
