  We booked in for Saturday 13 April 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our brilliant one night stay. The whole experience was delightful and my mother visiting from New Zealand was genuinely excited about her new experience in Margaret River. It was my first visit too and I am very impressed with the Margaret River region as a whole. But then again the family room does not have a self contained kitchen but I en - This Motel was excellent and the rooms big and airy with big windows and rooms it was spotless in the rooms and bathroom areas a credit to the cleaners .The motel was a good walk into Margaret River town and all facilities .The breakfast was also excellent and served in a great area that overlooked a small lake with inside and outside dining. Could not fault this motel for value and service with very friendly and helpful staff. would have loved to stayed more than the 3 nights and will return h

  Love the warm welcome even before we checked in with the details and recommendation sent to my email weeks before my arrival to facilitate our planning. Vinnie the farmer is very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like VIP during the stay. Vinnie is also very engaging throughout the animal feeding to make sure everyone is participating and has... wat mensen zeggen » a chance to feed the animals. He even accommodated my request for late check out as we wanted to do the mass feeding in the morning before checking o - We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Cottage no.7, which is a 3 bedroom superior cottage. Vinnie is great with the kids, my elder son whom is 3 years old loves him. As with Sydneyresident, we experienced the power failure which affected the whole town and a few towns over. Vinnie brought around the portable generator so that we could have a quick shower and head out for activites. There's plenty to do around the area and all within 30min -90mins drive.

  It was a perfect location for attending the concert we went to at NIB and saved parking hassles. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay there again - Owner and English manager very helpful. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Quite neighbourhood so close to the city.   There was a minor misunderstanding with the booking but it was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner and while we waited for the room to be made ready we were offered complimentary drinks, we were also given a very generous discount.   The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. I also enjoyed having breakfast in the company of the other guests and hosts. There was a good choice of dishes and my broccoli/feta omlette was to die for! - Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

  Tony was an excellent host and very tollerant of our screaming toddler. He made us feel so welcome and like part of the family. Having the horses and cat kept the toddler occupied and gave us time to relax and de-stress. I would definately go back, but this time not with the kid.
