  I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained.   The view and scenery were amazing. The location and accommodation was quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for to get away from the city!   This is a lovely old (19th century) hotel with high ceilings and attractive features not found in modern buildings. We loved our 'room' - which was in fact a suite, with a separate kitchen-diner. It's extremely well-located, being on the very edge of the Geelong CBD (and hence close to restaurants), and a short walk to the Bay and beach. Unfortunately we didn't stay long here, just an overnight trip, but it seemed like a nice place. Good location and, even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean and very large.

  The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. It is basic but for us it was enough. - It was close to the town of Olinda, which we were there to go to a XMAS party. It was nice & clean and quiet and was ok for a night.
