We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. Loved the river view from our room. Great walking track very close by. Ballina has a great pizza place that delivers. A fantastic place to stay. Loved It !!! -

rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away.
There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. -

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot
of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Royal Pacific Hotel in Lane Cove. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other.
